Welcome to StrangerLink (“StrangerLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). StrangerLink is an anonymous chat platform that allows users to connect with other users for real-time text chat and, where available, real-time video chat.

1) Eligibility

• By using StrangerLink, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2) No Accounts / Anonymity

• StrangerLink does not require account creation. Sessions may be identified by anonymous local or session identifiers to support safety and abuse prevention.
• You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your device and network.

3) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use StrangerLink to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others.
• Share or request illegal content or engage in illegal activity.
• Share sexually explicit content or solicit sexual content from others.
• Share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to exploit, scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• Send spam, automated messages, or engage in message flooding.

4) Safety & Moderation

• We may implement safety and moderation controls, including report-based restrictions and review pools for sessions that receive repeated reports.
• We may take action to protect users and the service, including restricting matches, limiting functionality, or blocking access.

5) User Content & Responsibility

• You are responsible for your communications and any content you share.
• You agree that you will not share sensitive personal information (such as addresses, passwords, or financial details).

6) Disclaimers

• StrangerLink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, match availability, or that other users will behave appropriately.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrangerLink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation, or profits arising from your use of the service.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StrangerLink after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
